Classic chess is a traditional two-player strategy game played on an 8×8 grid of 64 squares. Each player begins with 16 pieces: a king, a queen, two knights, two rooks, two bishops, and eight pawns. The objective is to checkmate your opponent’s king, leaving it in a position where it cannot escape capture. The game can be enjoyed against AI or between two players sharing the same device. Additionally, the game offers features to solve various chess puzzles.
