Grandma, who is somewhat out of sorts mentally, has escaped from Durkee in Mexico and is now darting through the city in a frantic attempt to escape her pursuers. To avoid being recaptured and sent back to the asylum, she needs to cover a specific distance. However, she’s not only being chased by orderlies armed with straightjackets, but the route ahead is filled with sharp turns, holes, fences, and a variety of other tricky obstacles. As she sprints through the streets, Grandma also picks up gold coins along the way, adding an extra layer of excitement and fun to her daring escape.
